Weight The Series is an online blog, made up of 22 active authors all with a burning passion for fitness and health. Our authors come from a range of different backgrounds crossfit, dieting, health, bodybuilding, marathon runners and much more. Over the years we’ve managed to grow our blog only using organic search, with no use of social media or advertising. We offer an open platform for creators to become authors and share their ideas with the fitness community.

The aim is to inform, inspire, motivate and support everyone and anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. WTS wants you to know that it is possible and it is sustainable, and we will remind you of that on a daily basis.
